Whats to know about Steve Walker? I've been fascinated by my own voice since I was a teenager, which made my mom mad when she told me to shut up. I found talking to my two children and wife at home just wasn't enough to satisfy my urge to hear my own voice, so I took to being on the radio bothering thousands at one time. I've been waking folks up on the radio since 1978, and lets face it the only down part is getting up at 3:30AM. Other passions, besides family, include motorcycles, shooting, hunting, cutting firewood, and work.

I've given over sixteen gallons of blood, I started doing this after a motorcycle accident when I needed four pints of blood to stay alive, I thought I had better repay that debt, and it felt so good I've gotten carried away over the years, I'm looking foward to hearing from you, with an e-mail, a phone call, maybe at a live broadcast or a blood drive here in Central Virginia.
