On Monday, November 12, from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. at James Monroe Highland, the University of Virginia Army ROTC Cadets, the Buford Middle School band, and featured speaker Colonel James O’Kelley, USMC, Ret., will join us for a ceremony in salute to our veterans. This event is FREE and open to the public.
